Dark caramel.

AROMA: 

Minty with notes of almond and roots.

TASTE: 

Sweet and bitter herbs followed by a fresh mint flavor,

concluding with a persistent almond note.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: 

Neat or with ice. In cocktails, it pairs well as a sweet-bitter aromatic component, but is also very versatile on its own with soda products with lemon and ginger flavor.
