BIRRA BOTANIC IPA

Copper-gold in color, it features a light and fleeting foam. On the nose, aromas of citrus, bitter orange peel, and grapefruit stand out, finishing with notes of bread crust.

On the palate, the light body is defined by the bitterness of the hops and their citrus notes, ending with long and pleasant hints of cereal and gentian root.

INGREDIENTS:

Water, barley malt from our own fields, Italian hops, passionflower, gentian, orange and grapefruit essential oil, yeast.

PAIRINGS: 

A refreshing drink after a workout or as an aperitif. Excellent with medium-aged cheeses, delicate cured meats, and citrus salads..
