VERMOUTH BIANCO CANONE OCCIDENTALE.jpg

VERMOUTH DI TORINO
SUPERIORE BIANCO

Canone Occidentale Vermouth Bianco is made with Piemonte DOC Cortese wine. Here too, the aromatic preparation includes three different types of Artemisia: Absintium, Pontica, and Vallesiaca. To these is added a special preparation of Piedmontese peppermint and French lavender, which together create an extremely subtle and balanced finish.

The symbol of Canone Occidentale Vermouth Bianco, a square, is inspired by the Quadrilatero Romano and its ancient Piazza delle Erbe (now Piazza Palazzo di Città), where merchants once gathered, filling it with the scents and colors of blooming spring.

160 grams of sugar per liter - 75cl bottle - 17 % vol.
